What is Peppy Plates providing the customer?

Peppy Plates is offering you, the customer, a pack of 20 premium paper plates with the ability to extensively personalise them to your wishes. This feature is provided by our bespoke personalisation tool found on our homepage. In addition to this, Peppy Plates offers the use of our in-house pre-designs to use as inspiration, as a template or indeed in their own right as a pack. Delivery is provided by us at a discounted rate using the UK’s leading delivery service, Royal Mail. Nationally we use the 48 service. What happens when I place my order? Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. This is us saying we’ve received your design(s) and are about to start work on them.

From here we Zapp your designs down from the website to the printer where they are created. Once they have been packaged and boxed, our friends at Royal Mail will pick them up and deliver them to you. At this point, you will receive another email detailing that they have been ‘shipped’. You should receive them within 2-5 working days.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

First of all we’d like to apologise to you. Sorry. We mean it, as a small family run company we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and like to think we know what people are expecting from us. If we haven’t lived up to that then we will try to make it right. So with this in mind we’d like to solve the issue. If there is an easy fix to the problem, then we’d be happy to reprint your plates and send them back to you once you’ve returned your original order to us. If you’re completely unimpressed with your order and would like a refund then we’ll happily help you with that. All you’ve got to do is return the full quantity of plates to us, unused, and in their box. (Plate plastic packaging off is fine, we understand you need to have a feel. Though they need to be unused). This applies to both UK and International orders. You have 35 days to return them once you’ve received them, so plenty of time to decide. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive your refund within 5 working days via the method you used to pay. This of course does not affect your statutory rights.
